Live Clipboard

There is a pretty interesting technology that Ray Ozzie is working on called Live Clipboard. It allows you to cut and past objects on the web, just as if you were cutting and pasting them on your windows desktop. You can even move blocks of text like the one above from
Firefox to Internet Explorer. This seams like a small feat but think of the implications. You could surf around the web grabbing items from different retailers and build a shopping list, and since this is grabbing the xml from the page it could even recognize a price is a price. In the example above he's grabbing an address which could automatically be dropped into a contact manager as fielded information. I haven't read up much on this, but I imagine the use cases are endless.
